Eight contemporary bush suites with large glass windows and doors offer maximised views of the majestic Kruger National Park. Each suite has a private deck overlooking the dry Mutlumuvi Riverbed whilst the shade of large riverine trees provides prime viewing spots for watching passing wildlife.

Each suite accommodates two persons, with four of the suites allowing either a super king or twin beds configuration, and four with twin bed configurations. The open-plan suite has an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath and outdoor shower.

Children of all ages are welcome at Rhino Post Safari Lodge. Only one additional bed can be accommodated per room. Please note that the extra bed used is a narrow roll away bed that is not suitable for persons older than 16 years.

We regret children under the age of 6 years may not participate in safari drives with other guests unless they are part of a family group with sole use of the vehicle. Private guides and vehicles can be pre-booked at an additional charge (prior to arrival) for smaller families with children under the age of 6. The reason for this is two-fold, one for the comfort of the guests and children (a safari drive can be a long time to expect a young child to sit quietly), and secondly (and even more importantly) because animals instinctively respond with curiosity to the sound of a small child, especially crying, so it is sometimes necessary for the guide to leave a sighting in such circumstances for safety reasons. With a private vehicle, we can also tailor drives to suit earlier meal times etc.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Child Minding
Child Minding Services are available at an additional cost. Morning childminders work from 06h30 to 14h00, and evening childminders are available from 14h00 until 22h00.
Earlier mealtimes are arranged accordingly at the lodge. Please enquire about these services at Reception.
